Default Is there something wrong here?

My current specs are as follows:

    GPU: Mobility Radeon 5650 1GB
    CPU: AMD Phenom(tm) II N830 Triple-Core Processor (3 CPUs), ~2.1GHz
    Ram: 4GB

I am running at 1366x768 resolution.

With low-quality render, minimum settings, I get roughly 30fps while grinding. With ultra settings, 16x AF, edge smoothing (edge detect)AA, I get about 25 fps.

That does not make any sense to me. Why do I only lose 5 fps when I get to the much higher settings...or, why do I only gain 5 fps when on minimum?

I simply do not understand why it performs so badly on low settings, but performs barely even worse on beyond-ultra settings.
