Default How well would the game run with these specs...

I am wondering how well this game would run with these specs?
I am upgrading my graphics card and processor, my current ones are crappy.
Also if there are better parts for around the same price, what are they?

    Processor
    Graphics Card
    And 4GB Ram

First off what are you using now? Second I would use an nvidia card over that ie:

Short answer to your question of how it'd run: "like ****" There isnt a system in the world that will run this game until the patch the hell out of the rendering engine. Its a **** engine and no amount of PC horsepower will fix that.

Lastly you may want to wait for Zambezi; no real hard numbers yet for the dozer based chips but it will be significantly better than a 1090t

I have that processor, and its very nice.
Although graphics card you might have a bit of a bottle neck - although you will be able to get around 30-40 FPS on low-medium settings.

Bulldozer is 50% faster than last generation Icores. Slower than Sandy Bridge, obsolete against Ivy Bridge.

    AMD really dropped the ball.

Also - My system runs this game just fine maxed out with full AA and shadows at about 40fps in major events, 60 (vsync limited) when questing.

I wouldn't leap to that conclusion just yet there are quite a few things we don't know about dozer. There was ISCCA just recently which confirmed alot of rumors that were put on chineese sites earlier this week which showed "leaked" benchs of dozer @ 3.5 beating Sandybridge @ 4.0.

At the time we all assumed it was fake since clock speeds hadn't been released however with ISCCA AMD confirmed top bin of Dozer would indeed be 3.5ghz giving weight to the leaked benchmarks. Really its going to come down to how Dozer scales, if it scales to mid 4.0ghz it will end up beating Ivy Bridge as Ivy bridge doesnt add additional IPC it just adds more cores (4 --> 8) and is unlikely to improve single thread peformance.

I will be happy for you if it's true, but I have little faith in the company as a whole.

Doesnt matter, on fullscreen its 1680x1050, but I never play it that large.
I don't remember what resolution exactly but it was something like 1050x800

I was thinking instead of getting that 6 core, just getting a quad core and a better graphics card instead.

Resolution matters. A lot - when it comes to gaming performance.

If you are really running at that low of a resolution, the card you picked will be fine however running a higher resolution and turning down some eye candy will always look better than running **** resolutions with a couple more glowing lights.

Also cores aren't as important as raw power for gaming. A higher clocked 4 core will be better than a slow 6 or 8 core.

I didnt mean it doesnt matter what resolution, I meant it doesnt matter to me, I usually play it smaller for better performance.
