Default Download uses all my bandwidth

I'd prefer that I could throttle my download so it doesn't download at my full bandwidth so that other people in my family can browse the internet.

IS there a way to do this? If not, implement this please.

What router do you use? You can probably throttle the ports in your router config. If not, just use something like this:

(note: I have never used this software and don't know how well it works, but just google "Windows 7 bandwidth throttle" and a bunch of apps will pop up)

    Unavailable page.

Also it's the one I got from Sky.
Plus I've to check my router settings because I don't think it can be done.

Only if your router has QoS settings (Quality of Service)

If you give us the make and model number of the router we can possibly tell

I am downloading at maximum speed and still able to browse and everything!

But if you want to do that, you can do it through 2 ways:

1- From the router (If you use one)

2- Use a net limiter software
