so my account does not recognize that i have pre-ordered. in "Manage Games" the ONLY entry is "pre-order Rift". however, i have applied by CE preorder code, and under apply codes, it agrees with this.

so i attempt to contact Support, and it asks me to sign in. it doesnt let me, telling me that my username is invalid. well, that is PLAINLY false, as im signed in with that very account right now, and i have to sign in with that same username and password to even get to the account page.

Trion, contact me NOW. If i do not get headstart, which i have earned by payment, i will be extremely dissatisfied; especially because there is zero legitimate cause for this.
