Default Comparing a few laptop graphic cards.

    Looking at :
    - Nvidia Geforce GT 425 M
    - Nvidia Geforce GT 230 M
    - Mobility Radeon HD 5650
    -Nvidia Geforce GT 330 M

What would be "the best" card?
Can I just use the http://www.notebookcheck.net/Compari...rds.130.0.html list?
They are all Class 2 cards, what settings can I play rift with using an i5 and i7 processor?

    Tx in advance

Do you have a "real" reason for getting a laptop? Or is it just going to be sitting on a desk / in the house all the time anyway?

Unless you travel a lot and want to game while traveling (doesn't make sense to me, but to each his own), buying a laptop instead of a desktop is just intentionally crippling yourself and your wallet.

Edit: I guess my answer to your question would be: None of the above, get a desk top.

    Tx for "replying" .

So, you say I need to buy a desktop even that wasn't my question here
It's like answering "25" if someone asks what's your favourite color.

I have a real reason for getting a laptop, tx for your concern.

    Goto http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/...70,2834-7.html

Go as high up on the list as you can.

but in all seriousness, Gaming Laptops are a bad money investment. There will be a day that your CPU or VID card isn't enough, and you'll have to buy a whole new laptop instead of dropping 200$ on the latest economical video card.

depends on the laptop.. if you get one with an MXM graphics module, often you can upgrade the graphics down the road for less than a new netbook. I think Saber, Alienware/Dell XPS, Clevo and some Asus typically use MXM II modules.

of those cards the 5650 is probably the best. Then again if you tell us what your budget is we might be able to suggest something better.
