    Yes but barely. I would recommend upgrading if at all possible.

    That likely isn't a graphics card, but an on-motherboard chip. You will really want to get an actual graphics card, ideally at least around $100 or higher (ex: AMD 5770). However, you are probably going to need to upgrade your power supply, as well as your case, as you are likely a media PC with a half-height case. I really don't think an on-motherboard chip is going to produce playable framerates and an enjoyable experience.
