    Default Failed to connect to the game server on deepwood

    I'm unable to load into my characters on Deepwood after the 2hour downtime, anyone else having this problem? Seems like all other shards are working, should I just try and switch shards?

    I have tried all my chars on multiple shards.

    The only ones having problems are on Deepwood. Is there any timeframe for this to be addressed?

    Unhappy Deepwood Isn't Working Again

    I can log onto glyph, but every time I try to log onto one of my Deepwood characters I'm getting "Failed to Connect to Game Server" error message.
    Please fix!

    All the rest are ok but Deepwood just gives can't connect to server

    Default I've been patient

    I still cant log in. All my characters are on deepwood. There's also a thread on general discussions of others stuck unable to connect. I see no sign of any notice from support folks in either thread. Its been hours. Could someone please at least acknowledge there's a problem? I saw one report that a person had this trouble with all servers, another has 2 accounts, one is fine, one cant log in.

    You'd think, since DDOS went live in Europe last week, that this rollout would have been glitch free, assuming that's the source of the trouble.

    I would feel better if support would indicate they know there's a problem. Then I might have hope that they were working on it. As it is now... they may not even be trying to verify there is a problem, much less have an open ticket to fix it.
