    Default Filed a ticket but no confirmation

    Hi,

    I just had to file a ticket and as it is my first one on Rift, I was wondering if it is normal that no confirmation email is sent.

    Or should I receive such an email and I made something wrong when filing the ticket?

    There should be a confirmation email that the ticket was received however you can also check your ticket history in the Glyph support center to see if it's there and shows as open.
