    Hello!
    Since technical support is not responding, you have to write here.
    Request technical support "Your request (1231375) has been received and will be reviewed by our support staff."
    Return the money that your system automatically debited from my bank card, I did not include the function of automatic debiting money from the card !!!

    Contact your card company and tell them you did not ok that purchase. They will fight it out for you.
