    Exclamation Unable to Subscribe - Support Not Helpful

    This has been cross-posted to the Trion Worlds and RIFT facebook pages.

    We are having difficulties actually giving you folks money! Repeated contacts to the support team have been unhelpful and take extended delays for follow-up.

    When trying to set up a subscription for RIFT via the normal process on the Trion accounts page we're stymied with an indication that the process could not be completed. Support keeps pushing us to use payment methods we are unfamiliar with and DO NOT TRUST instead of accepting or assisting us with using industry standards (direct CC billing or PayPal).

    How can this be resolved, and swiftly? This poor customer service will lose Trion customers who want nothing more than to support a service. Reference number available upon request.
