    Default Turn around time on support tickets

    What is the average turn around time on support tickets that others are experiencing? I've submitted one three days ago and have not received any acknowledgement.

    For me, it's usually 3-5 days. Depending on the issue and how many tickets they have, it could be up to a week or longer.

    And keep in mind business days.

    Not just the weekend but they may have had Monday off.

    Ah, good point. From someone that didn't get Monday off, I tend to forget that.
