    Default No longer have registered email address - what can I do?

    Hi,

    I'm a returning player and no longer have the email address I used to register the game. Online support and logging into the game both require me to read an email that I can't get to. Phone support no longer exists - how can I start playing the game again?

    Much as I personally detest social media.... I'm going to suggest you go to either twitter or facebook (or both) and see if you can stir up some CM help there.

    Start another account, open a ticket and then post the ticket number her to see if it gets exposure.

    You can also email support@trionworlds.com from any email address and provide as much information as possible about the account so we can help you recover it.

    Default Similar situation

    I'm in similar situation but in my case can't log in because for some reason I'm not receiving any email from Trion with authentication code for Glyph.
    Nothing changed on my email account settings so emails are not being blocked.
    Anyway I've send ticket from other email account to change current email on my Trion account to new email address, but still waiting for this issue to be resolved.
    If anybody from support would find time to check my ticket which number is:141022-003544, I would really appreciate it.

    Thanks for everyone's help - I managed to get the problem fixed by replying to the email I received from Trion support. They switched over the registered email to the new one and it's all good now.

    It seems that I will need to wait bit longer for any response beside automated one from Trion support.
    I still hope to start playing before weekend ends.
