Why is there no priority system? Surely a ticket relating to account access, hacking, billing issues and such are more important than mundane questions or little glitches that don't actually affect gameplay?

There is some merit to first-come-first-serve systems, but when wait times for tickets are weeks, there definitely needs to be some sort of system in place that allows important tickets to be responded to within a reasonable amount of time.

Sure such a system could be abusable by selecting a high priority category for your ticket, but a simple wrong category = ticket closed would stop people doing that.

For example, if account access were to be compromised,action would have to be taken within 24 hours in order to actually do something about it, and not 24 days.
