    Default Remove Authenticator not working.

    So I haven't played in quite awhile but I still have been paying for a sub. Decided to login and since i updated to the iPhone 6+ my does not work.

    Followed the steps on how to remove it but guess what there is no link that says "I no longer have access to..." so I submitted an email four days ago no answer. Then I just found out right now now phone but they do have chat.

    Well guess what can't use chat because I can't login to show that I am a current sub and still no answer for my email.

    So two things I would really like to happen. One the FAQ or Knowledge Base Article or whatever its referred to internally needs to be updated. After that since that affects all customers not just me. Could someone at Trion for the love of all thats holy help me out?

    I can't play Rift, Defiance, or Trove right now. I sub to Rift spent 100 bucks on Trove. Can someone over there help a brotha out...please?

    Can someone from Trion chime in on this? Paying customer here with no resolution for almost a week now.

    I have a friend with the same issue so +1 for an answer here to this as he can't log in to raise a ticket either

    Tried the ticket and still no answer starting to get really cheesed off. I can't even cancel in disgust as I can't login. Is anyone at Trion trying to help this is getting ridiculous. Someone help us out. Anyone.

    Yeah... I wouldn't be surprised if it takes a week or three to get it resolved. I've checked previous posts on the topic and haven't seen any responses. Some of the posts last a few weeks.

    I also posted in General Forum in the hopes someone has a suggestion.

    The answer here is to not use the Glyph Authenticator because in order to remove it, you need the glyph authenticator.

    Yep.

    I got the Authenticator when Trion's accounts were compromised two years ago. So, d#mned if I do, d#mned if I don't...

    Hey there folks. Make sure to check for updates and supply the additional information requested, we do apologize for the delayed response on this. We've been experiencing higher support ticket volume as of late.

    Thanks, I replied to the email with the additional information.

    Did you take a look at the article I mentioned to note that the remove authenticator link is not present?
