i sent an email last saturday concerning my kid's account and after the automated reply about receiving it and being contacted within four days....nothing.

he needs to change his email address so he can access the game because his dad got rid of that domain and all accounts associated with it that he used.

it asks for a code but he has no access to that email to get the code....he now has gmail.

come on customer service/tech guys....get with it. he is dying to play and can not until his email is changed to his new one.
