    Tech Support. I don't know what is going on, but you better fix it. I am a patron and am unable to log in due to Error 2003. It says to check my email, but I have nothing. My wife who is also a patron is getting the same error, and she doesn't have any email telling her why.

    I have submitted a ticket about this, and got a reply that it would be looked at in 96-120 hours!! That is utter BS!!! That is 4-5 days!! That is unacceptable for any SLA.

    I have also checked my non-patron accounts, and they are blocked too. My daughter and her friend also have non-patron accounts that are locked.
