    Default Looking for a M to help me with my purchase - still can't play the new souls

    Looking for a GM that is, sorry for the mistake.
    Purchased the dream souls pack on Saturday 6th of September. Receipts and account page show the transactions made. CANT PLAY THE SOULS YET.
    No answer from support, the email was answered with the same automated message that is on the web page.
    Fix the problem or refund me for the week and the purchase please. No middle solution, i payed for something, you got the money, deliver or refund.

    Thank you Forbiddenlake for the advice, all ok now.
    Tried the first time couldnt get through, even as no5 in queue for a couple of hrs, tried the second time and left the queue window open until i returned to my pc, finally after 7hrs and 45min i got a GM that fixed the issue.
