    Default authentification code not being sent

    are the servers up at all? Is there a server status page somewhere?

    New to Rift. Is the problems I see listed a regular thing? Chose the patron route but now having second thoughts. Is there a place on the boards were "official" posts about the state of affairs can be found?

    however, huge ddos attack going on right now....

    They haven't posted to boards, but have posted on both twitter and facebook. Nothing to do but try to mitigate attack

    I hate this. DDoS aside, it would be nice if companies stopped relying on the rest of the world having Facebook / Twitter. Some of us actually stay clear of social media (and for damned good reasons, since they're universally unsafe and almost universally evil) and would much prefer it if we could get our updates on the allegedly official information distribution channel that the company itself set up for the purpose.

    at the facebook page of glyph it says that they noticed the authentification code error and that they try to fix it so the ddos problem doesn't really matter it will probably take a few weeks to fix the bug

    Default Glyph Authentication Code not being deliverd

    I am new to Rift. Just playing F2P. I know their new launch is in the works.

    I have been trying to play Rift since yesterday. All I get is the new location blah blah enter the authentication code blah blah.

    What bothers me for one is that I am playing from same location and computer.

    Two, they cannot even get an email to be delivered?

    I am a F2P and I know I have no rights to complain.

    Is there another way to play / login to Rift?

    Default Wow, I got an automated ticket submit email but no authentication

    So I submit an email to Trion support and got an automated email.
    Even though I cannot get an Authentication automated email.

    What is that, like minimum 4 days for a response?
