    Default Glyph does not exit after game launch

    After launching Rift Glyph does not exit. I do not want or need a persistent game launcher that takes up system resources just sitting there. Program persistence should be a setting with the default set to non-persistent.

    I have the same problem. I end up manually closing the launcher shortly after the game launches. This really needs to be addressed and fixed.

    It doesn't close. You can close it if you like. Fortunately it doesn't take up a significant amount of system resources.

    I can't be that hard to code for it to close once the game launches. After all we did not have to close the old Rift launcher ...it automatically closed after the game launched.

    Rather an annoyance if you ask me.

    P.S. It sounds as though the folks making the choices for their customer base don't seem to care? That is not a good tone to set. Folks like to like their game folks, especially if they add these small quality of life things. Not a lot to ask as far as I am concerned.

    Yea, it is kind of annoying, a small 5? lines of code to add a check box that when checked will close the glyph launcher when you press play would fix this in a jiffy :P
