    Default Trion`s Tech , please Help !

    I play Rift via laptop and mostly connect to internet with mobiles (Iphone , Samsung etc)
    now the problem is when i log on rift i get this messege most of the time :

    "Your external IP adress has changed since you authenticated. Please exit the game and re-enter your user name and password"

    im not IT expert so its really annoying me to spend 10min just trying to log in , please tell me how to fix this , also i may add that i connect to internet from more than 4 Mobile phones
    which might help you solve the problem .

    If you can get a support ticket submitted, we can get you squared away.

    Ok i just Submitted in the Link you gave me , how long usualy it takes to get back to me ?
    This Error annoying me alot , cant relog or change charecter cuz im afraid of getting error again

    I would call trion or use the chat function on their website. I had the same issue before when I was traveling. The problem is your cell phone is changing public IPs and rift is seeing the IP change as dangerous. What you will have to do is ask them to drop the security settings for your account. This however can only be done after they verify you are the rightful owner of the account. Please be prepared to answer your security questions and Provide them with any info related to your account (except password never give them your password )
