    hello, i got a problem here, you see, i activated Storm Legion Infinity Edition on this account by accident. What i wanted to do is to activate the Storm Legion Infinity Edition on another account where the new souls and my leveled characters are.
    i sent a ticket but nobody answers, please help me

    Unfortunately the forums cant help you, a ticket is your only option. It may take a couple of days, but they will usually get is straightened out for you. If you are a patron, you can also try live chat.

    thank you, since i didnt have an answer yet, and its already activated im kinda panicking. because if they say that they cant fix the problem, i will have 2 accounts, and i got no need to have 2 diferent acounts. it was a mistake that im hoping to be fixed.

    From what i've heard, they are pretty good about fixing "oops" situations like that, as long as you put the ticket in right away, and not like 2 months later I just wouldnt play anything on the account you accidentally activated, since it will most likely get rolled back if they do transfer the code.

    yeah, i only a made a chracter to send a ticket ingame, that account can be deleted i dont mind, but the one where i hve the souls, mounts, leveled toons, need to stay. and about tickets i have sent lots of them since i didnt know how this works, so everyday i sent 1 ticket, this is the 3rd day already

    Don't worry, they'll definitely help you out. This isn't uncommon, a lot of players create multiple accounts and make purchases/apply codes on the wrong one.

    If you do have access to Live Chat on either accounts, I'd suggest using that, but if you don't it's fine. A GM will get to you ASAP.
