    Default Regarding Account support/Wrong rewards given

    I recently bought the collectors edition of rift new and when i applied the serial to my account it shows up as ashes of history edition... I've contacted a gm and submitted a ticket via e-mail and had no response to this. I'm supposed to get a tartagon mount, a collectors sachel and a bogling wastrel, I haven't received any of these rewards. The game gave me everything from the ashes of history edition. If i wanted that i would have bought that. Is there ant other way to contact support? I'm a little annoyed over this screw up. Especially since I can't get answer from trion! Please help!

    Now I can't log into 2 of my toons, wth is going on? does anyone have any ideas?

    seems like a lot of people are having issues playing. patch today
