    Default I can't login on my account !

    Hey guys ,

    So here's the story ... On sunday i got in a raid with my friends , they we're all from different shards , so we all Joined Instance on Deepwood , i went afk for like 4 hours and when I got back I did a force reboot while still on Deepwood shard . Now since then i've been getting these 3 errors randomly : error #2016 , error #2024 and error #2025 .
    I tried so many different things trying to solve this issue but nothing worked and was hoping maybe someone who had the same issue would give me a hint on what do to because i am out of ideas .

    Ok , so i use a Router , i don't have any anti-virus or firewall AT ALL , i can login on a different account just fine , i tried to login on my main account on 2 different PC's and i still get the same issue , I can login on mobile just fine.
    I have been searching the forums and google since sunday and nothing worked so far .. i did these things so far :

    - I cloned my MAC adress on my router
    - I re-installed my game 5th time now so far
    - I uninstalled RAPTR app and Steam
    And i am also thinking of re-installing windows or something but i doubt that would help at all.. so please if you have any hints on what can i do to fix this , let me know.

    Oh and i've been speaking with 3 different GM's since sunday and they all sent me to Tier 3 support , so far no one is answering ;(

    Have you done a DNS Flush? I experienced a Rift log in issue, don't remember the code, but could have been a 2024. After much googling, I found a post that suggested to do a DNS Flush. I did that and it worked.

    Ok so I did that and i rebooted my PC .. do I need to reboot the router aswell ?

    I didn't work btw

    No need to reboot the router.

    What error message did you get this time?

    #2025 , but if i try to login multiple times i get all 3 of them (#2016 , #2024 and #2025)

    Also, try one other thing, if you haven't done that already. Reset your router, not just restart, but reset it.

    Can you try the following for me?

    Press windows key + R to open the classic "run" dialog. Type in "cmd" (without quotation marks) and hit enter.

    A classic black-and-white command prompt should show up. Type in "tracert auth.triongames.com" (again without quotation marks).

    Can you tell me what it gives as an output when you do that? Does the trace complete or does it just give a bunch of asterisks and a timeout?

    the fact this happened on Sunday and ABSOLUTLY NO ONE has helped him, just moved it up on the ranking IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.

    You said you are improving customer support? PROVE IT.

    Now, I'm not a professional by any means so take this with a grain of salt.

    It appears that the issue is on your ISP's end and not on Trion's. If that is the case, it would also explain why Trion can't help you because the problem's not on their end.

    Ok ... tell me what the issue is then . Like i said i can login on a different account just fine , but not on my main account . I can login on mobile app without any problems same IP .
