    Default Error 2025

    Hello, i can't log in on rift, when i do that i get this error: Network connection timed out. Please check your connection. (error#2025)

    This is what i have tried:
    1. Restarted the computer, didn't work
    2. Restarted the router and modem, didn't work.
    3. Reset the router and modem, didn't work.
    4. Tried logging in from another computer in the house, didn't work.

    I have tried to go to the support page and talk on chat, but i cant go to the support site either.


    Does anyone know how to fix this?

    For me, it was our connection (ISP). We run Verizon FiOs, and it's usually awesome. But there have been times when they totally have bombed.

    It's hard to discern, but run some PING tests on your system again and again, and look for inconsistent results. My issue resolved when Verizon did some work on the system itself.

    There are a few reasons for the 2025 code, but the fact that you can't log on via another computer in your house is a bit tell-tale. If you had a friend who played, it would be interesting if you could log in on their computer.
