This A Glitch?

I think you mean the IF you have your toon facing you (the camera) then click something to interact with that is nearby, your toon turns his back to you and does as you instructed. If that's the issue and this is for screen shots or something, just click then hold down the "V" key so the camera moves to look at the toon's face.

If yo mean the random 180 that makes you run off cliffs and the like, then that has been noted in several threads to be a mouse problem, generally involving a Razer brand mouse.

Seriously, there are people unable to log into the game at all since the update just over a week ago (myself included), and you're getting worked up because your character doesn't want to stare at your ugly mug while s/he is picking flowers or whatever?

Sorry, but if it is a glitch it really doesn't sound like one worth caring about - no other way to put it.
