    Default We are unable to redeem your voucher at this time. Please try again later.

    My friend cannot apply her Steam based CD-Key to her rift account, it gives the "We are unable to redeem your voucher at this time. Please try again later." response every time for the past 2 days.

    Any assistance?

    Yeah ive been trying to enter one for the past 3 weeks and it gives me that every time

    Just did it (as in minutes ago) - it's working.

    I used the Apply Code area - input both the CD keys (I bought the deluxe edition - it had 2 keys), picked a subscription plan and it's working fine.

    The only thing I had to do was log out and back into the forums here so I could then post messages - trials can't do that and the account info seems cached per session for the forums.
