Default Quick Hardware Question. (Framerate debugging)

So, as the title says, I have some framerate issues!

So, my build is something like this.

    AMD Athlon X2 7550, 2.4 GHz stock, OC'd at 2850 MHz.

    3GB of DDR-2 memory.

NVidia GeForce 9400GT. 1GB dedicated memory. (OC'd the bus speed about 20%)

Now my problem is this... While running Rift, I can't use the normal-quality renderer without dropping below 10 FPS. While in the open world, I cap out at 20-25 FPS in low-quality mode with all the settings on minimum. Is this the way my computer should run? I went from WoW on Ultra with 45-50 FPS, to Rift on the bare minimum, with hardly 20 FPS. If there's anything I can do to boost my FPS, do tell. =d I've attached a DxDiag for those tech-savvy people out there.

This board have really low, low, really low performance for modern games, you have less than 1/10 of the Gpu power that Rift needs.

Pd: Overcloking the bus have really low to none effect in the Gpu performance, you would need to overclock the Gpu/Vram.

My advice, change board as try to run new games with a low-end board of almost 4 years ago is not a very good idea.
