I'm from the UK but raid NA, however this is the 2nd time past month or so that I have ping issues with rift and rift things only. Website and forums are very slow in loading. Ping in game to NA servers is spiking, especially in combat with adds.

Yet ping to American mumble server, or anything else not rift... is fine. My UDP ping is avg 36ms. Local ping is 18ms with 0ms jitter...

There are a number of people suffering from this latency issue unfortunately
The thread mentioning red, yellow and green latency cycling when trying to play the game has people suffering the same as yourself asking for some help/information with this, some people have had it for a fair while now.
So far as I am aware Trion has seen fit to not give any response to this so far.
Hopefully someone can shed some light on what is causing this and hopefully offer some help as it does not appear to be going away and it is very annoying.
