Default Seems like Anti-Aliasing does work..is it just me ?

I can't seem to find a combination of settings that gets the Anti-aliasing to work. Whether I set it on Max in game, Tell my drivers to use max quality\Super sample. It would appear no matter what I've got some pretty serious Jaggies going on.I thought maybe it was an ATI issue, I have the 5870. So I ran it on another system with a Nvida GTX 295 and it's the same.

I remember something about dymanic lighting and AA not working together, but I'm not clear on how to turn off DL to see if that makes a difference.

Anyone have some thoughts on this ? I'm thinking I'm missing something obvious, just can't seem to figure out what.

    ** can't edit my title..should be AA doesn't work..DOH !

Since I can't edit my original post.

Here is a pic of what I'm talking about if it helps. Meridian seems to be worse or it just has the most steps that bring it out
