Can;t see Overlook server on the shard list

Hello i switced pc because of a tech problem and reinstalled rift. I can find the server i used to play in the list. |(ovelook)
I dont know how i can check if i see the US or EU servers.

Any ideas?

When you start the patcher/login click the settings button lower right, that lets you set the region.
