All my stuff is gone at log in, but money remains..

I dont think I was hacked because I have all my money and this is only on one of my characters, albeit my highest lvl character, but this is the only one affected. I didnt log into the game in almost 3 weeks, I log in, and all my gear is gone. I have had a ticket opened for a week, when can I expect to get resolution so I can play my character? I didn't want to waste my money on new gear because of possibly getting my other gear restored, as well as fear of getting my toon rolled back and losing that gear that I bought and money. Any help or advice would be great... Thanks.

I logged in today with the same problem, main account was missing all items and gold. Except someone had been selling items on the AH and reported to Trion that someone had been accessing "their" account and had my IP removed from the safe IP list giving them full access to my account and leaving me with no access what so ever.

Don't download Asian or Russian ****, they have a lot of computer geeks and hackers.

Sound like someone has access to your email account. I guess you used an email that has been compromised before in other games, that you used or other sites.

if you cant log into your account on trions site, then you have a more serious problem.
best to change your email and password to a never used new email. best to use your ISP email service for that.

Ok Trion, it has been a week, and still no word on my Ticket that is open. My issue isn't like the others that have posted here, as my account hasn't been hacked, I had all my money, My other characters were untouched, meaning they had all their equipment, and money on them. The only thing that is missing is my gear and my bags and their contents, as well as my bank items. When I logged in to the game after a 2 and half week break, my account was coin locked, I unlocked and logged into my highest level toon only to find her nekked and stripped. Can I please get a response...

Ok this is horrible support Trion. I have had a ticket open for over a week, no response from you in game or on the forums. I want to know what the hell is going on with my stuff. This is crap, If you are going to operate your business this way you will drop from your initial customer base super fast with crappy customer service.
