    Default Graphics issue

I keep getting the warning every time I log on that its in "Low Quality Renderer" but no matter what when I go to video it will not let me change it and take it off. Please tell me how I can fix this??
I play WoW and the comp. has no problems would like to see what Rift can do. Been told its better graphics but right it does not look better at all. Thank you. Getting frustrated lol

First, we need to know what your graphics card is. Using WoW for comparison isn't a good thing to do. WoW is using an engine that was designed to be useful on machines that were less than top of the line 6 years ago. Rift is using an engine that's capable of taxing machines that were top of the line last year.

Based on previous threads where people had this issue, the most common cause is that their computer is using a graphics card that's built onto the motherboard. Such graphics cards are not generally meant to be high performance. If you're computer is using onboard video, you're best bet is to buy an actual video card and use it.

    Just to clear stuff up:

    - Click on the Start menu
    - Click on All programs
    - Click on Accessories
    - Click on Run
    - Type dxdiag and click Ok
    - Go to Display tab
    - Copy Device information and paste it here

Onboard video. You have no options you can change besides buying a video card to put in it
