Default Giving up on ATI Radeon HD4850 - Need suggestions

I need suggestions for replacing my current video card.

I am on an extremely tight budget so I am ok with not getting the super-duper best card out there right now. I need suggestions on moving up in technology some and getting away from this blackscreen disaster video card.

    My currect specs are:

    Intel Core i7 940 2.93ghz
    12bg RAM
    360w PSU (Dell computer)
    ATI Radeion HD4850 512mb PCI-E

    A few things:

You will need a bigger power supply (650w is recommended)
Since its a Dell, you will most likely need a new case as the power supplies from dell are proprietary (dont follow standards for shape to fit in other towers besides theirs)
Since its a dell, most video cards will not fit in the dell case even.

Sorry but i gotta say it, 12GB ram in a Dell? DUDE, you got a DELL!
