    it seems that some players received the coin lock code in the trash-email
    just want to let you all know

    I dont get any email about coin lock even in trush/spam folder

    Same problem here using hotmail and I don't get any email.
    Really good job Trion to force a flawed bs system on everyone.
    Yes i am pretty mad I got so to say banned just because some people are too stupid to keep their accounts safe.

    Same issue, didnt recieve any mail..

    Have been playing mmos since meridian 59 and have never had an account hacked, and now this..

    Same problem here-no email recieved, tried to resend still no email?
    I use msn/hotmail.
    They better put in a hot fix this afternoon!

    I would really look at your email accounts - have you whitelisted trion ?, is there anywhere else that hotmail etc could put an email it considers spam ?.

    I don't think this is a Trion issue as the only players that have had problems getting the email in my guild are players who's email providers have decided to intercept the email and stick it somewhere other than the inbox.

    to all those that can't find it in the junk folder

    try whitelisting noreply@trionworlds.com and resending - it may help

    I recieved a mail, about the coin locker, and that I should "Enter the code below" its just... there is no code...

    No joy for me either.

    I've checked my spam folder, my junk folder and my MailMarshal folder.

    I've explicitly allowed *@trionworlds.com and noreply@trionworlds.com as safe senders- in my mail client and in MailMarshal.

    I've hit Resend a few times.

    I've contacted Customer Support and got the acknowledgement email straight away.

    I've received mails from a few addresses @trionworlds.com in the past with no problems.

    Anybody any other ideas?

    I had the problem as well (hotmail) went into options and added the e-mail address to safe senders and that worked great for me. Thanks for the advice :-)

    im not getting the email either, resent it twice already not in my inbox or jusk folders cant find it anywhere and ive made sure i recieve all mail from trion
