[UK] Virgin Media Latency Issues
Reported this problems first during beta. The problem is huge latency spikes playing RIFT using Virgin Media. The problems seem to occur at peak times during 17:00 / 00:00. The ping will 300-700 solo, and shoot way into the 1000's when there is alot of action on screen. This problem has effected other MMO's on the past.
This does not effect all VM customers, but it does effect alot of us randomly. For example yestarday I was fine, then today I get the lag. I had lag all of beta 6, had no lag during headstart.
Can Trion give us any idea of the progress we are seeing with this? It's starting to make it very hard to enjoy the game. Had events planned with guildies for this evening that I won't be able to attend now thanks to this latency issue.

It doesn't seem that reporting it over the forums is getting this fixed anywhere near fast enough. If anyone has the problems try giving them a call, will hopefully get more attention that way. Here's a freephone number you can use from skype:
