    Default My account is inactive?

    Is there any reason why my account is now on "Inactive" status, and I can't select a shard to play on?

    Inactive in account management? Because its headstart, we all show as that. Should change today since headstart is over.

    Cant select a shard because they are all down for a patch currently.

    Did you enter your retail product key or are you still just using your pre-order key? As of this morning's maintenance (3/4/11), you can no longer play the game without having a retail product key associated with your account.

    Just to add to this, if you ordered digitally frim trion directly, they add the codes for you and no action is needed

    I'm using my retail key (the one located inside the jacket of the manual). I have valid payment method selected and so if everything is down for patching, then it makes sense. But I still don't see why I should be inactive, especially with the 30 days free that come with the game.

    (oh, and I just upgraded to collectors edition )

    I have applied my cd key and have chosen a subscription plan. When i try to log in, it says i only have a pre order key applied to my account. So i go back to their site and go to account management, yep, my retail cd key IS applied.... Anyone else get this?

    i have the same stuff it says i dont have a retail key .... but in my account i have one !!

    I did this and am having trouble with my Collectors edition items... As in my new chars arent getting them.. I preordered from trion PLS FIX TRION

    Nope, swedish support number (Sweden 0200-883165) is not working. I get some beeps and the call is disconnected.....

    Can't log in coz it says i only have the preorder key. but accountmanager says both my collectors key and montly plan is enabled......

    I also got same problem... I applied retail key but the game still says that I'm not... Do you need to reinstall RIFT game to make it work ?

    No not if you've been playing in the headstart. I suggest calling them
