Default Any chance of getting runtime variables on client side?

i.e. here is the situation -

I have the warlord skill intercept, which transfers all threat from the target to me for 6 seconds.
When I get into a new party or raid, if I want to macro this to always be the healer, I have to redo the macro.

Is there some way of creating two macros such as -

    #1
    set %usrvar1 %target

    #2
    #show Intercept
    /suppressmacrofailures
    cast Intercept %usrvar1

in the first macro set your focus to the healer

    in the second macro say

    cast @focus intercept

Not really. But just to make the thread complete:

    Code:
    cast @mark 8 Intercept
Makes you cast Intercept (or whatever) on the player marked 8 (or whatever number you want)

    Code:
    cast @group05 Intercept
Makes you cast Intercept on the 5th player or the raid (group1 is 01-05, group2 is 06-10, ...)
