Proposal: We should have a standard wrapper which checks the Storage facility first, but failing that uses Message.Send to send a request to a user, and which provides an Arbitrarily Large amount of local storage.

So the idiom would be something like:

LibStash.Stash(identifier, accessibility, data)
LibStash.Query(name, identifier, callback)
=> callback(name, identifier, status, data)

This would do something to the effect of trying a, and if that fails, try sending to the recipient to ask for the data; a recipient who's running it would automatically respond to the query.
