    Other than adding a hook to the Event.System.Update.Begin that would call a function that would increment each time it is called and verify how many calls are done within a second, I don't think so.

    but yes i was hoping for one too .. fraps has a fps counter.. not really an addon but it works in the mean time

    would have been nice if there was an in-game /command to display fps/lat ect

    Since I run myui anyways I find it handy to leave it running - it doesn't seem to take up much resource. However it would probably be overkill to run the addon simply to display the FPS.
