Weekly Rotps on Sunday- LF dedicated raiders

I am looking for some dedicated raiders who'd like to do RoTP on sunday. The group i lead has cleared it 2 weeks straight now. We usually 1 shot all the bosses. Priest still eludes us but only takes a few wipes to get him down.

Some Requirements:
1. Dont stand in fire - Yes pls dont =P
2. Be geared for it - Just haveing hit doesnt mean your geared for it. Hit is only part of the equation.
3. Consistent - As the subject says I want someone who is available every sunday. I believe in team chemistry. The more a group plays together the easier it is to get a feel for how each player operates making it easier, effective, and ultimately fun to go in every week!

What I'm looking for:
1-2 Range dps - Min of 1.5k dps
1 Melee dps - Min of 1.5k dps


What to expect:
Our raid composition is the following -
T: Rogue
OT: Warrior
H: Senticar
H: Mage multi roles
S: Bard
D: Mage
D: Mage - Possibly loosing due to other priorities
D: Cleric
D: Warrior - Willing to sit out as its his alt
D: Empty

As you can see I am trying to possibly fill 3 spots within the raid group.

Ofc what I'm sure a lot of people are wondering. How is loot done? I am currently running it as loot council w/rolls. The usually rules apply - Main spec > offspec. I try to give everyone a fair share of loot. Rolls come into play when main spec loot is a close call between multiple players.

Why is it always on defiant side QQ. I have no where to stick my 3 t1.5 raid caped alts.
