Legion of the White Rose - EST Guild looking to raid

I mentioned raiding in the subject line because most of us are T2 geared and want to do some raiding, but we don't have the people to fill a 20 man raid yet. We aren't only looking for raiders. We're looking for good people before anything else. Raiding is not required.

I've noticed that there are a lot of smaller guilds out there in the same boat as us that have some loyal and dedicated members, but not enough to raid. The thing that I despise and will not do is try to lure people from other guilds and make it harder for them to field a raid force.

What we've talked about doing is trying to find a guild that shares similar values to what we have to join forces with to form a stronger unit. This would allow both guilds to see the raid content they want to see without making one guild stronger and the other weaker.

We're not looking to cherry pick the best players from existing guilds, we'd rather everyone was included. I truly think if we could do more of that, we'd build a much stronger community here on Shadefallen.
