The Blades of Silver wants YOU! (Heavy RP)

The Blades of Silver is a Heavy RP guild that has been around since launch. It's currently run by myself (Joysia) and Ric, who runs shadefallen.org. We're always looking for more RPers!

IC, the guild is a rather loose organization with a somewhat militaristic chain of command. Their goal is simply to protect Telara and aid each other. They fight the planes not for fame or coin, but because it must be done. Anyone who holds the same goals and respects the leadership is welcome.

OOC, we're a group of casual players who like to RP. Guild chat is OOC, as is any non-spatial channel unless otherwise stated. We have a lot of fun, and guild chat can sometimes get a bit R-rated, so keep that in mind if you want a "family-friendly" environment. Also keep in mind that there are SOME PEOPLE who like to screenshot intentionally or unintentionally hilarious things that are said and post them on the forums. (80% of them feature me, I think. ;_;). We also have a vent, which is OOC.

Our full rules can be found on our charter, but in brief:

- Respect your fellow players

- Roleplay is required

- RP-suitable names are required

- You can have a max of 4 alts in The Blades of Silver ICly, though you can join the guild with more to chat with us and all. This is to encourage members to focus on developing their first four characters.

- After a month of inactivity, you'll be kicked, though you can rejoin if you come back.

I should emphasize that gameplay-wise, we're very casual. We have plenty of people with no 50's, and 50's who are just getting into T1 stuff.

If you're interested in checking us out, contact one of our members in-game and we'll see if we can meet up and RP with you. This is also how applications are done--it's an IC "interview." Of course, you can also join in if you see us RPing somewhere.

Now, I know Ric from here, and we've spoken a few times. For those of you who stop by here to take a peek at the guild, if you like RP, and you are laid back, take an interest in this guild. You won't regret it.

Bumpity bump We're recruiting members and we're growing! We have had over 10 people online at the same time during primetime most of this past week. We run regular RP events for guildies and will continue regularly organizing server RP get-togethers.

Our membership's ballooned over the past couple weeks so we're putting a recruitment freeze in effect. Once our members, new and old, have a chance to settle in with all the sudden change, we will probably open it again.
