::Server run to and fro seeing to people needs as they gather in anticipation of the coming quests:: He looks around at the faces of those around him as he put his mug to his lips. Some are young and starry eyed planning to be the next hero. Other show wisdom and know that there is a long journey ahead:: Looking to the window the birds sing the sky is blue but in the distant the clouds build::He grins and says to no one in particular:: What a grand day to go on a quest!


The day is here! I'm glad I have to work cause otherwise I'd be at home chomping at the bit waiting for 1pm my time. lol

I saw some posts from people wondering if there would be anywhere for non RPers. The answer is yes. Our legion is made up of mostly non RPers. We find that RP servers tend to have better crowds regardless of faction. We don't really put ourselves out there the way a lot recruit. Sooo, I was logged in at 1:00 P.M. (Right-coaster, here) and had the pleasure of watching all the servers wink into life at the top of the hour precisely. What a glorious sight! I spent the first hour or so tweaking my UI layout, fussing with chat windows and font sizes and colors, that sort of thing. Then I used that first toon as a template and made a couple others, including a placeholder for my best bud who wanted to ensure his name wasn't taken.

Of course, I made the mistake of spending too much time e-mailing and checking forums while at the character select screen, and was timed out. Booo! So I'm just waiting with the rest of folks to get back in. I won't make the same mistake twice tonight, mark my words. I'm not logging off until my forehead hits the keyboard sometime tomorrow morning. Mwahaha!

I'm not much for coffee...except for those frozen something-chinos at Starbucks. But I am trying to keep the weight down for my impending nuptials.
