Looking forward to the head start tomorrow and looking forward to all of you meeting all of us! Would like to start by saying we are going with a RP server for the specific reason of maturity. We have been on other servers in the past(EQ, EQ2, WOW, DAOC,LOTR,....you get the point) and have always had a better reception with Rp servers.
We realize our guild name is not the generic type you may be use to, but please know we have been around since 1999 and have always been very respectful of others, and only ask the same.
We are not trying to poke fun, or belittle anyone with our name. We have always been the Bunnies and will always be the Bunnies.
I hope to meet MANY of you tomorrow, and looking forward to adding some new bunnies to the bunch

I can see a way or two to RP around that. Some of my friends over on FFXIV created a RP linkshell called "The little onions", so there's pretty much always a way to make things work, lore-wise.

It would be nice to read how you intend to explain such a name on Telara. Since you're on a RP shard, I think it's a legitimate request. (Hint, if I may suggest something: there are squirrels and pets running around on Telara...)

As Leelee said the Fluff has a long history through many different MMOs and much of our core group has known each other for years starting back in EverQuest and we always love making new friends!

I know I'm VERY excited for tomorrow morning and looking forward to what I'm sure will be the greatest Rift Server and making new friends along the way.

TBH I don't see how Fluffy Bunnies is a roleplay name but that isn't my business... that is for the Rift naming policy and devs to figure out.

You ask not to be taunted in chat with a name like fluffy bunny but wouldn't it be anti-RP to ignore it. Now don't get me wrong... It is to much energy for me to grief or give anyone crap... I just play my game and get along.... I am just playing devils advocate and find it worriesome that you have to make a post before launch asking people not to make fun of you.

My post did not ask for you to not make fun of me dear I simply asked for people not to see the name and form an opinion right off the bat, or to think I, we, were making fun of YOU, RP community

I do not force RP on my guildies but they are free to participate and I myself LOVE to RP. I simply dont want people looking at the tag and not giving myself or my wonderful guildies a shot

How do you know they are Fluffy Bunnies? Given that tags (names/guilds) are OOC how would you know? I made the mistake years ago of assuming a guy was Germanic because of his name, before even asking what his name was... it's not a mistake you make twice - anyway I'm sure things will work out!

I played with Fluffy Bunnies in EQ (Veeshan server) and they were mature and highly skilled players.
