I do not know if i missed something somewhere were trion said that Tearfall among other servers would have extended maintenance. as of 1pm (-4 gmt) about half the servers came up...yet at 2pm (-4gmt) still no tearfall. i really hope this is not going to become a requiring issue each week.

IMO if your gonna bring some servers up bring the rest up in a timely manor or don't bring any up at all. all it does is make the nerds like me (your consumer base) very jealous and thus angry.
