Does a guild like this exist?

I have not followed Rift much and just bought it on a whim this past weekend. I have gotten a little burnt out on MMOs so before I bought this game I thought for a while about how I wanted to play it. I want to take my time and really get into all aspects of the game (I have thus far read all the quest descriptions - this is a first). I am thinking I would like to try to spend a month in each zone. I will do the quests, do rifts repeatedly, gather and craft, run available instances, and go back and help others through the same content. All that said, I am wondering if there are any guilds out there with a similar desire. A group of people who would methodically go through the game and level as a group. I guess this would be considered a casual play style. I do plan to spend a lot of time in game however. I do plan to do PVP and hopefully raid at some point. I just plan to take a while to do it. Call me crazy.
