<Unity> The destroyer of Guilds

We haven't lost a single member to Unity. And honestly dude if you are losing people to them they're probabally not worth having. People should want to learn the encounters and wipe on them til they beat em. If you are losing people to them especially if yo ulost them when you are on the cusp of raiding yourselves they really probabally weren't worth it to begin with. Like I said earlier Ruined hasn't lost anyone to anyone. This is part of the reason that I am extremely confident in my group having a lot of success soon. In fact I think we were the first ones to do the air raid yesterday. Didn't get a server first on kill but did on the lure so who knows.

Anyway though I wouldn't sweat it man you want people that are willing to wipe and want to see and learn content. F the rest. Loot ****** who hop guilds all the time generally don't bring much. I wish you guys luck.

the air raid rift is one of the original raid rifts, which is why you didnt get any firsts on kills, the completed lure you can buy is one of the new items in the patch which is why you got a first for that =p

how do you "train someone to raid" when youve never cleared any raid bosses? Youve done nothing, we teach them all the important boss mechanics when the time comes, not you, and thats how we get server firsts. Maybe if you ran your guild better and actually cleared something, people wouldnt come to us asking to join. Patch 1.2 is out now, games a lot easier go get free loot in GSB.

Its funny, all you Unity kids posting cant see beyond your guild ego. So, im going to break it down for you.

We work our ***** off trying to help people get gear and understand what they should be doing in order to optimize their roles in a raid. So much so that alot of us are getting fed up with it.

After we get these all these guild members appropriately geared and informed we start building a roster in order to raid. At one point we finally get to a point at which we can raid after pouring weeks of work into it.

What happens next? Unity decides that there is something is wrong with some of its members and removes them from a raiding status. Who do they take to replace them? The members of our guilds that we have put weeks of effort into gearing and teaching... Thus we are then unable to raid again... While the Unity members go, who cares, were raiding and getting server firsts, clearly were the better raid guild and you should join us instead of staying with your guild that is still just getting into raids.

As I stated in my op these concepts are mine and are only influenced by first hand experience. However I do not think alot of non-Unity guild members would oppose what I am saying.

I don't know why we are even talking still...not 2 weeks ago we were in a ERD group together it was Meatsheild <Unity>, Trapped <Unity>, Jandor<That Which Is>, Mesonasty<That Which Is>, and you Davidk <That Which Is>, on the second to last boss you felt that you were an exception to the rule and didn't want to LoS so you died 2 times the first attempt and 2 times the second attempt 3 times for the same reason...So we didn't steal your raiders they just smartend up and left...now everyone that was in that RD group but the person that failed so hard Is in unity

On top of that when I asked how long should I LoS I was greeted with the answer of "as long as you see the boss glowing" Well.. the boss glows for a very long time and as a healer you cant just leave your tank out of LoS... Rather than saying oh he does this at that point followed by this then that, you just said stay LoSed indefinitely basically. I never thought I was an exception, I just didnt know the fight and it was explained VERY poorly by someone who is supposedly a god among men.

Now that irrelevant, pointless, flaming is out of the way... why don't we get back to the real topic.

Tank doesnt take damage during the LoS phase so there is nothing to heal unless you insist on over healing which I guess is fine but when you get to real fights in GSB and RoS where you have to save mana youd be screwed...

Im sorry davidk but that was not pointless flaming that was a set up...Now I get to why your such a bad leader...As a raid leader you should know all content before the players do and I mean all content do your homework and then your not walking into stuff you dont know anything about...Our guild is successful because our officers take a large ammount of time learning fights and getting people informed about them before we actually do them...You might actually keep some players if you show them you know wtf you are doing and you only need to show them wtf they need to do

See, mate. It's pointless reasoning with frogs who pray to the bigotry gods. They think they are the best, in everything. Unfortunately they are just frogs living in the well. Apparently, Unity is faultless and the best, don't you know that?

Come on, don't you think they are the best cause they spend their 24/7 in the game and outside of it researching how to beat the dungeon bosses? It must have been really tough and because they have spent so much time on these, they have become godly and cannot fail. So, everything that they do, is always right. You my friend, it always wrong.

Please don't fault these godly frogs because they need more virtual friends. If I may add as well, you also should realise its something to be really proud of to be server first. It makes you godly and brings you extra dough in real life. So, yeah, mate. Please give the utmost respect to these clowning frogs.
