Have you seen my guild?

Keeping my eyes open for a guild but I don't want some things so I'll lay it all out.
I've been playing mmos for many years but left wow long ago and am used to freedom from other games so I won't know many of your wow jokes beyond BC.

I can entertain myself just fine alone but I'm willing to work in a group - if we connect and have similar styles. I ain't feared of a pug tho and if I never guild up will get new shinies with that route.

Here are my requests and / or desires for a guild and I doubt these will change over time so 6 months from now if you read this my thoughts will be the same unless my personality changes lol I won't list everything but these are some of the big ones. Would be nice to be in a guild of adults also as I'm no kid and I don't have school to talk about so can't relate to them in that way.

My main is a 50 mage.
My in-game nic is Circa.

Things you should know about me - I'm honest, blunt if allowed to be, overall nice until someone makes me be otherwise and guild monogamous - if I choose you - my loyalty is to you not to others when my time is divided out. Speaking of time, sometimes work keeps me busy and I can't login for a week at a time. I have to value my real life above the game in the end

#1 A guild that talks if they use vent.
I am talkative when others won't be. Silence is uncomfortable to me when I'm intentionally connected to a vent. If your people don't talk, I'm going to seem like a blabbermouth with random thoughts dropping out just to cure the silence because I can't play my music and I usually have the game sound off. Also I'm prone to laugh a lot, if you don't goof around or act silly then we probably aren't going to mesh.

#2 A guild that has creative thinking.
I'd like to be proud of my guild pulling off something like too many healers or not even dps or a strange way of beating a boss. That type of playing gets me off, not "we must do it this way because others do it this way" thinking. I don't believe there is always one way to solve a problem in life or these games. I don't enjoy my experience by doing the best dmg or healing, I enjoy it by overcoming a challenge no matter how many times I had to switch roles to deflate another. I'm not bound by numbers if I see others ways that I "helped" us win. If you plan to host a server event I'm into that too and would help. Maybe a contest of some sort with prizes. Have done that in other games when I was class lead.

#3 A guild that likes each other for the most part.
If every time I login there is drama and gossip I'm going to be chased off. Sure everyone won't mesh like family but screaming at each other and being rude is not the kind of environment where it's fun to be. Cliques make me seeth. If you have 5 ppl that always group together and never let anyone into their inner circle I'm going to be put off by it so may as well get that out upfront.

#4 A guild that doesn't take it all too serious
They aren't going to MAKE me do something to satisfy them. I'm ok with teamwork but in the end this is my game and I pay the sub fee. If I don't want to do something or build a certain way I don't think its your option to force upon me, last I checked my mother wasn't playing. You can ask me but when I say no, I do mean no. I also would prefer it if my guild lets me choose my own gear, don't tell me what is best for me and limit my rolls. If I wanted to build a mage for melee - that should be my choice to experiment with, not your obligation to deny me from trying. If nothing else we can all laugh when it didn't work but just the thought that you would choose my spec and gear makes me nothing more than a person paying to be your slave.

#5 A guild that does some pvp, not just pve
It's fun to go kill other players sometimes and I don't want to be stuck to grinding the same bosses repetitively with no lull. Not everyone has to pvp but if you can let down your hair and go do it sometimes we can be pals for that.

#6 A guild that is helpful to each other, maybe even strangers
If someone is asking a question that you know the answer to, sure would be nice if you answer that instead of thinking someone else will and it gets overlooked. Have seen too many guild seemingly ignore their own guild chats.
