Yes, we've always been able to do him legitimately, ever since week of release.

Turns out quite a few guilds haven't been able to however, funny to see 9/9 guilds go back to 7/9.

Same deal happened when he used to get stuck in flight phase, a number of those world first guilds got stuck on him for a substantial amount of time.
