<Puppet the Broken> Lvl 9 Still LFM

Puppet the Broken continues to seek new players here on Lotham. We currently have over 40 Lvl 50's and are dedicated to facilitating a kind and enjoyable environment for all it's members.

What the F*ck does that mean?...
I have a few examples that will give a decent idea:

• Massing at quest hubs to stop and prevent ganking of newer members while they level.
• Providing all members with bags, basic mounts, and access to a master in every tradeskill at no cost.
• Positive communication, whether it be a RL related issue or optimized specs for PvE and PvP.
• A strong sense of pride in our friends, and ourselves- while the majority of our members are not in top gear, they want to be the best at whatever they are doing at that time and are willing to listen and make changes to what is necessary for that to happen.

We plan to start raiding as a guild within the next few weeks with joint raiding starting this upcoming week. However, if raiding is the only thing that will make you happy in this game- there are a couple guilds that would love to have you and can be found here on the forums.

Veridic, Epicloa, Ksa, Theshadow, Dragneel, Hible... honestly just do an in game search for the guild- I trust every member to send invites to people who hold the same values as they do.

Gaming should be fun- the game should be treated as a game, the people behind the pixels should be treated like people. Get to know the people you play with- do it with friends, do it right, do it like a boss.

48 Level 50s and growing, with over 20 leveling up!

The response has been better than anyone could have hoped for on a low pop faction/server.

Beyond recruitment our retention rate has held strong despite population imbalances, PvP balance issues, and other detrimental factors effecting end game play here for us in Rift.

I was asked by someone yesterday why I thought we are doing as well as we are and I wanted to share my response.

I never considered PtB a family guild, and in fact the connotation that comes along with family style guilds is typically one looked down on when it comes to how strong it's members are regarding actual game play. This made me run away from that term and make sure we were never mistaken as such.

Fact is, when you get a bunch of good people together who share similar goals, interests, drive, and skill levels, that enjoy helping each other and taking pride in one another's personal progression you get a structure much like a family unit. The only difference is in this unit, each person plays each role at one time or another.

It is this caring and pride in who we surround ourselves with that has turned this into a wonderful place for people who have found themselves enjoying the same thing.

Gaming should be fun- the game should be treated as a game, the people behind the pixels should be treated like people. Get to know the people you play with- do it with friends, do it right, do it like a boss.

Things people have inquired about:


We will not be kicking people for lack of attendance. RL comes first, play this for fun when you want to- but when you play we do require "fun" to include being good at whatever it is your are choosing to do. We will not kick people for pulling poor dps. We will however expect that if you are playing lack luster, you will want to get better not only for yourself but for your friends- ask for and listen to help as it's offered.

Loot issues: There are none. You should be just as happy for your guildy who got that hawt *** epic as if you got it. We use logic and better judgement, no preferential treatment when everyone is there to have a good time.

Yes we do play other games, and lately a lot of people we have met here in rift have been trickling into our other gaming sects- this has been a great success for everyone and certainly encourage it to continue.

PtB has taken a step in promoting not only itself, but also the Lotham server, Guardian side!

No one guild is going to be the right fit for everyone, and we recognize that. If there are particular focuses of other guilds, or attitudes that might better fit a player I will be more than happy to directly refer them to said guild.

Please let me know if your guild would be willing to "Sponsor a noob" and help increase Lotham Guardian pop! The more hats in the ring, pulling guardians here, the better off all of us will be.

Remnant and Loft currently have one that has been quite successful for almost a month now. We have a dedicated alliance chat channel in game, share crafter services and team up for dungeons, open world rifting , warfronts and planning on some raid attempts shortly

An alliance sounds great!

We have 5-10 members with GSB/RoS experience, attempted some GS, and have done a few raid rifts together but we have people who would love to come together more often and do some semi-serious GSB/RoS with more people that know how to get sh*t done while still having fun ^ ^

We do have around 55 level 50's- however, their play times are sporadic and a large majority of them just love to PvP. Just means more people to do whatever you want to do at that time with
